Bio
Photography has been my hobby – my passion for over 35 years – 35mm, medium format, and even 4×5. I take mainly Landscapes, Waterscapes, Nature, and Macro Photographs in both B&W and Color.

I use a variety of graduated neutral density filters to improve dynamic and tonal range of my images. I currently use a Pentax 67II and a Canon 5D Mark II cameras.

I love to travel for the sake of taking photographs. Some of my favorite places are Scotland, Nova Scotia, Maine, Canadian Rockies, Pacific Northwest, California, Alaska, Hawaii, and Desert Southwest.

The Island

Ephemeral islands rise from oceans made by clouds and mists, they made and unmade at the discretion of unspeakable current.

Yohan LAFOND Une image mystique. Où est on ? En quelle saison ? Dans un rêve ? Pourquoi cet arbre est seul ? Une image qui résonne en nous et qui invite au questionnement, à la méditation... Merci et Salutations.
